Athletics at Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf build confidence, leadership, and resilience — empowering Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing student-athletes to compete, collaborate, and thrive on and off the field.

“Athletics builds more than skill — it builds confidence, leadership, and lifelong pride.”

Mill Neck Manor Athletics

Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf offers a variety of athletic programs that provide students with meaningful opportunities to grow — physically, socially, and personally. Through athletics, students develop skills, build camaraderie with peers, and learn the value of teamwork in an environment designed for full communication access.

Our athletic programs encourage students to:

  • Develop discipline and perseverance

  • Demonstrate respect for teammates, coaches, and competitors

  • Display strong team and school spirit

  • Practice sportsmanship on and off the field

At Mill Neck, athletics are more than competition — they are an extension of our commitment to student development and leadership.
